Proud to be an RGMCite

We have this amazing “Katta” which is the terrace wall,

It’s as exciting, interesting and glamorous as any Indian mall.

Food, books, gossip, cricket and everything on earth you’ll find here,

Each ones enjoying without slightest of fear..

Our college library is this well ventilated room,

It’s filled with sleepy eyes all afternoon

'No cell phones, food and talking' is what the walls say,

But other than a little studying that’s all we do there the entire day.

During exams this place is a true sight,

Full of frightened students awake all the night..

For many of us, most of our time is spent in the OPD,

Then be it postings, Abhiyaan or canteen, for several hours unreachable are we.

The OPD is busy with doctors and patients from eight to one,

Interns, HOs and registrars running about, oh of course they have to get their work done

Each patient steps out with a healed smiling face,

They need to get back to life and stand the pace..

For those hungry times we have the canteen,

It’s always full, never an empty chair to be seen.

Everyone’s favorite place to give a treat for their birthday,

And why not, any smart fellow would get out with this inexpensive and easy way..

Our lecture halls, no doubt are a special place,

They are so good at multitasking that there’s never a trouble we face.

Lectures, seminars, studying and exams are not the only things for what its being used

Teachers day, convocation, Abhiyaan inauguration, competition and lunch organized here, leave all of us amused..

Now come the students, the heartbeat of RGMC…

Each individual worth a see..

Fat to thin, short to tall

Sweet to khadus and concerned to the totally indifferent, we have them all.

The lukhas of college leave no place for us to dig our faces and hide,

But don’t worry, our scholars always give us great pride..

Our college has a long way to go and I’m sure its going to reach a great height,
